By creating an account or using SkipRecruiter you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you may bind it to them.

1. The service

SkipRecruiter finds likely decision makers at companies you target, verifies work email addresses, drafts tailored applications with AI, and sends them from a mailbox you connect. Sending happens on your behalf and under your name; we never send from our own domain for your campaigns unless you explicitly choose the system mailbox for testing.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorized to use the mailbox you connect.
• You must have a lawful basis to contact recipients, and you must honor opt-outs. Using the service to send spam, deceptive, harassing or unlawful content is prohibited.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the CV, profile and copy you approve. AI output can be wrong; review drafts before approving them.
• You must not attempt to bypass rate limits, deliverability safeguards, or access other tenants' data.

We may pause sending or suspend accounts that risk the deliverability of the platform, for example after complaints or sustained high bounce rates.

3. Credits and billing

• One credit covers one verified decision maker, a tailored resume and pitch, and the initial email plus two follow-ups.
• Subscription credits reset each billing period and do not carry over. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Unused reserved credits are refunded when a campaign finishes, fails or is cancelled.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Your content and our content

You keep all rights to your CV, profile, drafts and campaign data. We own the service, including its software, prompts and models. AI-generated drafts are provided for your use as part of the service, as-is.

5. Privacy

6. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Lead discovery and pattern inference are probabilistic: we cannot guarantee that every address is correct, that a recipient will reply, or that a mailbox provider will accept a message. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost opportunities, or the content of emails you approved and sent.

8. Termination

You can cancel or delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend use for material breach of these terms, unlawful use, or risk to platform deliverability. Sections on liability and governing law survive termination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, and the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
